PER REPORTER: The reporter said she is concerned about the safety of both Jackson and Manly due to them always being at home without adult supervision. She said she has gone to the family’s home lots of time to try to speak with their father about Jackson’s behavior but he is never there. She said she is concerned about Jackson’s behavior she said the child has been riding a four wheeler all around the town, and she does not think it safe for him to do so. She mentioned that he has already gotten into an accident with a female child on the 4 wheeler with him; which led to the child being thrown off of the ride. She said when he is driving the 4 wheeler around town he does not drive with caution. She said he pulls in front of people while they are driving and does not care. She said last Thursday or Friday he had bruises on both of his legs and a huge bruise that looked like a fist right below his waist band. She said she is not sure if the child needed to seek medical attention for the bruise or not. However, she said when she asked Jackson what happened to him he told her that his father did it. She said the child does appear to be afraid of his father. She also mentioned that Jackson showed up to her house yesterday with a red mark around his neck. She said he told her that his father chocked him and threw him up against the wall. He also told her that he did not want to go home; however, she said she could not leave the child alone at her house while she went to work. The reporter also mentioned that Jackson is not the only person that Brad abuses. She said she has seen Manly with bruise on both of his arms that look like finger prints, and she said when she asked him what happened he told her his father shook him.
