Values and Philosophy
Throughout my life I have been guided by my values and beliefs. They support me in facing life’s challenges, taking decisions and defying disappointment. My values have been cultivated through my upbringing, social life, education, and work- experiences.

However, in action the Intellectual Operating Philosophy dominates the Human Operating Philosophy. Sometimes, confusion might occur while making a decision that concerns my people and issues of rationalism, and that is when Intellectual Operating Philosophy dominates and appear to others.
The difference between the Human Operating Philosophy and the Intellectual Operating Philosophy is that: Human Operating Philosophy is more interested in human and community, especially the personal and close relationships. Whereas, Intellectual Operating Philosophy gives importance to facts, information, laws, principles, and people in general, much more than it gives to personal relationships or materialistic outcomes. Thus, human values, such as, loyalty and consistency are a must to maintain these relationships. However, in spite of the existence of Human Operating Philosophy in my values, but my behavior is dominated by the Intellectual Operating Philosophy. Thus, the worthiness of an activity, person or effort is evaluated intellectually in terms of consistency with a set of guidelines. Moreover, Pragmatic Operating Philosophy may appear in my behavior; as I might be pragmatic at rare times and choose an activity based on its costs and benefits or lean toward financial measures.
Dreams and Calling
I believe, these values and operating philosophy enhanced my fighting spirit and enabled me to overcome many obstacles. To survive from the harsh times that I was facing when I was younger, I used to escape into the ocean and dream, only by dreaming, I was able to have hope, find solutions, and think out of the box.
Dreams are images of a better future that energize our soul to reach a better future.
Luckily, I have learned to visualize ideal images and believe in an ideal future. Though, I am so grateful for what I have so far, but I believe it is human nature to dream and ask for more, and I have a lot of dreams; personal dreams, dreams of my country, and a dream of the
