Proposed Title of Investigation:
1. An analysis of how different port ownership structures can affect the human resource structures at the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago in allowing the Port of Port of Spain to become an economically viable entity.
2. An analysis of how the human resource structures at the Port of Port of Spain affect the ports opportunity of becoming a viable economic entity.

Project Aim:
To analyze the human resource structures for the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago and how its operations under a different port ownership structure can affect the Port of Port of Spain’s opportunity of becoming a viable economic entity.
Project Objectives:
1. Investigate the human resource capacity at the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago
2. Obtain and analyze the company’s economic status since inception to today.
3. Analyze how effective human resource management can allow the Port of Port of Spain to increase the ports opportunities for commercial and economic growth and development under different port ownership structures
4. Analyze the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago policies, procedures, and methods of enhancing human resource in an effort to enhance the ports
