Importance Of Healthy Habits

Scientists have discovered that there are 3 steps that take only 21 days to establish the healthy habit.
Aristotle believed that we are all the product of our habits. The great things and substantial achievements are not the results of hard work, but the result of series of regular, daily and short habits and actions. It goes both ways- for good and for bad habits. This is important because, as time passes, certain habits are more deeply ingrained and harder to change afterwards. While this is a big issue for those habits that are bad, it Is great news for all of our good habits.
Other good news is that when we change one habit, we often see a change in other spheres of life. That is why billionaire Richard Branson believes that one of the most important habits is regular physical activity.

Step 1: Consciousness

How to change something if you are not even aware of what you should change or where to start from? The first step is to understand what is exactly you are not satisfied about. You might want to lose a few pounds, gain more self-confidence or simply to try being more organized. It all starts from the recognition and acceptance of the problem.
You need to find some starters, to speak, the trigger of these bad habits. You are lazy and messy and your house is always dirty. But where does it come from? Whence this inability to wash the dishes immediately after meals comes from? Your trigger is, let's say you're sorry to waste time washing. Although it does not take too much time, you are still delaying the errand.
These triggers are cunning and they can take you back to zero progress, but there is a very simple way, and it’s so easy to get rid of them. Leaving cigarettes? - Avoid other smokers!
Want to eat healthier? - Just do not have any unhealthy food in the house!
Your goal is to become an early riser? - Put the alarm on the other side of the
