Professionalism to me is Cleanliness, organization, communication skills, and time management. I associate many things with professionalism, including neatly ironed clothes and free of lint. Another quality I admire for professionalism is, organization of your office, charts, or reception desk. Not using inappropriate language is also a biggie when it comes to staying professional as well as attitude. Would you think of someone with a clean impression and smiling attitude more professional than someone always frowning with not well kept
