The Inca Sun God Mask was used for ceremonies, from mid 1438 to 1533. During the ceremonies, the Inca people would use a mask called the Sun God Mask . The Inca people would sometimes pray to Sapa to tell his dad (the sun) to give them rain. Without the mask the Incas thought they would not have rain to grow their crops. The Incan people made the mask with metals like gold, silver, and copper. They melted the metals and put them into the molds they made for the mask. I am made my mask by, cutting a paper plate in half, using cardboard for the rays, and paint everything shiny
