A dog is considered a man’s best friend because of its unlimited loyalty, compassion, and trust towards its owner. The first domesticated species that were selectively bred for Millennials is known as the dog. This animal varies in shape, size, and colours depending on the breed. Dog’s senses are incredible; They are forty times greater than ours for example, we can’t hear more than 23,000 hertz (what we measure sound in) while dogs can hear 45,000 hertz. There are three myths relating to dogs that are going to be in this paper. The Egyptian myth is about a dog named Sirius and he is associated with the god Isis. People believed that when the dog rose with Isis that is why the Nile river rose and flooded. The Aztec myth is when the Aztecs were still a growing civilization they used to bury men an already dead dog painted yellow to help guide the spirit through the underworld. And, to continue it some people still bury dogs with men. The roman myth is about a dog named Cerberus the dog from the dead and the underworld, and Hercules was the only brave soul who would attempt to challenge the demented beast. The history of the dog has had a huge impact on its current life. A dog’s care is the most important things when owning one of these amazing creatures. The dogs, food does not have all the right vitamins or minerals a dog needs, so you should ask a local professional about where to go to get the proper nutrients. Some dogs can suffer from severe discomfort if not groomed after a few days for example a Shih Tzu can suffer from mild to extreme discomfort, that groomed.
