I chose eczema to talk about because I have it myself. Eczema is an autoimmune disease that isn't contagious. Eczema is very common and a primary skin disorder for myself. My eczema was worst and more embarrassing as a child, before I found what irritated it and/or made it worst. About 31.6 billion people in America are estimated to have eczema, and about to 20% of that are children. One treatment option that worked great for me was to take oatmeal baths and stay away from lotions or creams that dried out my skin.
