First I would like to explain how we should listen and evaluate the conversation first to hear the person out and their whole theory. For example with the election in our rearview mirror, most people were upset, and some were belittled choosing the candidate they wanted. Some, however, did not cast votes so therefore, should not have anything to say about the political aspect of the election. Sometimes you can not control where your self-esteem takes you and it affects your self-image and self-concept. Having a different view and having a better perspective on everything that can make a person lose their self-esteem and self-image and eventually their self-concept on how bad conversations can go.
Sometimes listening and evaluating other peoples thoughts and opinions can sometimes have a good and bad outcome. If you can respect a persons thoughts and opinions that can lead to a healthy conversation and you can maintain a healthy self-image, self-concept, and have better communication with another individual from having eye contact and signs of body language and by also respecting the other parties views on the topic at hand.
