Joseph’s birth date is unknown. However he lived between 2000 - 1600 BC. He lived in Canaan as a kid then moved to Egypt as a young adult. His family was most likely wealthy, they own lots of land and animals. His life seemed pretty great because he was a shepherd and received many prophecies from god. His dad jacob had four wives but, Joseph’s mother rachel was his favorite. His mom died after having Joseph’s brother Benjamin. Joseph had eleven brothers! He also had one sister.
