One Reality Therapy I would use with Julie is questioning. Questions play a prominent role to explore and evaluate total behavior of the client. In addition, setting a plan to move forward with the client. In this case with Julie, it would provide an opportunity to discover Julie’s intention and explanation of grinding her teeth.

The rationale of using the questioning technique is to explore Julia’s intention to grinding her teeth. Also, seeking the explaining why she did not comply with the dentist. I will word the question that will have Julia focus on her behavior because it seems that according to the scenario, Julie has not acknowledged that she has a problem regarding of her grinding her teeth. With questioning it gives the client focus
