This poetry book contained a variety of silly poems written by Shel Silverstien. The poems are all about something a kid would or could relate to and would imagine. They all painted a picture in my head. A lot of them I could see developing in the eye of my own imagination.
My Favorites:
My favorite poem in this book was True Story. This poem is about a boy who goes on an outrages adventure. Although I didn’t think being shot in the side and dyeing in a boiling lake would actually happen to a kid.
Two others I liked where Hungry Mungry and Just Me, Just Me. Hungry Mungry is about a man who is so hungry he eats the world and everyone on it. Just Me, Just Me is about a boy who thinks a girl likes just him. But she actually likes
