If you are especially diagnosed with heart disease or high cholesterol you should definitely not be eating any junk food whatsoever. You can sauté kale until your heart desires by adding fresh garlic, onions, extra-virgin olive. A great way to consume kale with deliciousness is by making kale chips. Kale chips have a combination of extra-virgin olive oil, (optional) cumin, curry powder, chili powder, roasted red pepper flakes or garlic powder. Then you would bake the kale at 275 degrees for 15-30 minutes (or until crisp). If you’re the kind of person who works out and has a smoothie afterwards, then kale is perfect for you!
