With the varying tasks the RET is responsible for, you are responsible for tracking a substantial amount of work. Not only do you track the provider reassessments, you manage the FRED work orders. You ensure that staff are completing work orders based on priority and date and are always willing to re-evaluate the workflow and priorities if necessary. Since last year, you have used the SOSA staff in your office to assist with tracking productivity and training. This continues to be an effective system that your staff have adapted to well. I continue to encourage other supervisors to develop similar systems because of the success that you have had. During this period, you had to interview and make a recommendation for a new Review Specialist. As always, you displayed professionalism when taking on this
