This story is about this woman named Lucy Graham who was charmed by the people of the village. Later on, she married Sir Micheal Audley who was a wealthy man. In effect, by marrying Sir Audley she became Lady Audley. Meanwhile, George Talboys was returning to England from Australia because of a job that he had in Australia. Primarily, he returned to reunite with his wife, Helen, and his only son. Next, when George arrives he is shocked to hear that his wife passed away and got very depressed and started feeling very lonely. On the other hand, Robert, Sir Micheal’s nephew and George’s friend, decides to take George so he could clear his mind from everything. After that, Robert wanted for George to visit Audley Court, but Lady Audley was always postponing it every time.
