Everytime he would say those determined words to her, she would work even harder and better than anybody else. Three hard and hurtful weeks passed as Katie would try even harder to win first place in all her preparation meets.
“Here comes Ledecky with a strong finish in her 200m freestyle!” announced the reporter as Ledecky pushed even harder, her arms started to ache, her breath was growing faster, her legs started growing tired, but she pushed harder, ”Is Ledecky going to win? Yes she is! Ledecky just won a secure spot on the Olympic Women’s Swim Team!!!” yelled the reporter. The crowd was a huge lion, roaring as Katie stepped out of the warm water.
