Inside this magical world Alice tests the limits of food controlling her height, questioning life from the advice of a caterpillar. She tends to get lost a lot receiving directions, advice and riddle from different animals perhaps metaphorically representing something else in her life. Alice is very persistent on finding this garden of flowers and beautiful fountains; she faces obstacles that provide conflict and Alice a chance to learn right from wrong and other life lessons. This journey through Wonderland is supposed to provide Alice with an easy transition into adult-hood for the future. Carroll writing gives us a chance to experience growing up on a deeper level, understand the curiosity of a younger could and the journey of finding yourself after being lost.
