Based off his voice he comes off as a generic geeky person furthermore, when he is talking he puts his hands close to each other in a somewhat fidgety manner. This gives off the impression that he is not very good at socializing. Correspondingly it makes the PC seem anti user friendly even if it really isn’t. Then in contrast the Mac guy has more of a relaxed voice which also makes him a more approachable person. His hands also are in his pockets and is presented in a way where it looks hip and trendy. Based off these observations you can make the assumption that a Mac makes you seem like a more approachable and relatable person in comparison to a PC. As a consumer you almost always want to be seen as someone who you can relate to as well as being an approachable. In an industry the number one thing they care about is reliability and performance. You can see this when Mac says “pointing at PC you should see what this guy can do with a spreadsheet, it’s insane” be that as it may, he then says “I’m better at life stuff like music, photos, movies stuff like that”. The way the Mac guy phrased life stuff made it seem like if you don't partake in that stuff then you are probably not a normal person which in turn makes people less likely to engage with you in a chat. Even though this might not be the case people will assume that since you have a Mac, you prioritize having fun in life compared to someone who might have PC, in which case people assume you're strictly about business and this again portrays a Mac in a better light.
Looking at this advertisement, you can see that this can be duplicated in other forms of advertisements. For example you can have a stereotypical nerd in a cubicle typing away looking bored and then you can have a model, celebrity, and or an athlete using mac on the other of advertisement.
