In Queensland , there is a process in action that places offending prisons in a Magistrate Court to preside whether or not they shall be put into imprisonments or not. The Australian courts follow a system of diplomatic hierarchy. The Supreme court followed by the District court and then Magistrates court. But before the process of the court a police arrest may occur, this report provided by the police is used as evidence in the process of the hearing.

Obviously when presenting to an offense in the Supreme and District courts would be much more serious than cases in the Magistrates court even though it is still a professional environment. Everyone attending the court is required to follow the rules and protocols set. On the 20th of October, 2015 at approximately 4pm a male, aged around 40 and he was charged for being a public nuisance. The Male decided to plead Guilty to the charge but when the evidence was read out by the police officer, the male was defendant that he did not do the recorded actions. The judge ordered the offended personal to obtain further legal advice to help plea the to the sentence. The man was found in a medical practice laying on a bed, he was escorted out of the property but returned later that day he was then arrested and taken to the police station for further questioning. When the offending turned up in court he was unprepared and he should have obtained legal aid, just as the judged ordered from him. The man was very straight forward with saying that what he done was wrong and how he was under the influence of alcohol and he apologised for his actions.
