Machester's The Jealousy Of Skidmore

In a family their is always going to be some kind of conflict. Wether its an argument over dinner, or a family fued at a big gathering. Families will always have issues and arguments, but it is important for families to realize the love they have for each other and forgive and forget. This was not the case with a couple of brothers. Manchester and Skidmore Boddlebrooks had a very interesting relationship. Machester was the owner of the baseball team the Sluggers, and also owned a bubble gum company. Skidmore, who wasnt as succesful as his brother Manchester, became some what wealthy off his pretzel. In the news their is story after story of people who kill their loved ones for the money they have, because they know that when their significant other dies that they will recieve everything they worked for. Skidmore has reason to kill his brother, he knows that if his brother were to die he would inherit all his money and wealth. "But the rumors started almost at once. And they grew louder when Skidmore inherited the Sluggers and the rest of his bachelor brother's fortune." The motive for money can be stronger than the love for your family, especially when the love you have for your family isnt their because the jealousy felt towards them. After Manchester had a succseful baseball season, him and his team went out to celebrate. During the celebration Skidmore addressed his brother with is creation of the pretzel. Skidmore then asked his brother to try his pretzel. "Here, try this," Skidmore said, revealing an enormous doughy concoction. "It's a new snack food I've been working on. I call it a pretzel." The odd thing about Skidmore asking Manchester to try the pretzel is the fact that he doesnt like his brother, and is jealous of him. Asking for his brothers opinion isn't a likely thing, because when you have an idea, you dont share it will the people you dislike, but more the people you like and support you. If Skidmore was really looking for opinions on his pretzel, he would also be asking other of their opinion to have a wide variety of criticism and support.
