At first Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company was starting as a supplier of bicycle and carriage tires. Soon the company begin to target automotive industry. The was the largest tire manufacturer in the world. Goodyear produce variety types of tires that suitable for every type of vehicles. The company has sells passenger car tires, light-truck tires and highway-truck tires and having the broadest tires product line compare to entire tire manufacturers. However, this would not be strong enough to reach the maximum number of customers to get to know our products. Goodyear can advertise with some advertising method in order to attract more consumer and persuade them to purchase the product. Advertising method such as advertising in billboards, newspapers, social media and hiring promoters to distribute samples in shopping mall, convenient stores. For social media, we know that Goodyear have a strong presence because of their brand name, therefore by using the social media it is easier for Goodyear to reach the larger potential amount of the consumer. Social media such as Facebook, YouTube and more. Besides that, Goodyear can continue use their sales promotion techniques have been used by them over the past few year, they will come out with various schemes like “Buy 4 Get 1 free”, and various other discounts as well as freebies and special offer to attract their customers. Furthermore, Goodyear also can place their own salesperson as the sales representative rather than ask other salesperson that may not so clear about the products. By using this method, customers can easily get information about the tires from their
