Mars One Research Paper

Mars, the fourth planet away from the sun, is our next door neighbor. Since Mars is pretty close to Earth (compared to other planets) and we have the technology; people will move there and never come back. This one way ticket to Mars is called Mars One. People have made this the experience of the century, and each day we learn more and more about Mars. Leaving Earth to go to Mars probably means leaving your whole life on Earth and starting a new life on a whole new different planet that you would not know much about. Mars One is a worldwide experience, it would help us experience life on Mars, it will prove to us that we can live on another planet, it will help us get deeper in the galaxy, and it will advance our knowledge on Earth's closest neighboring planet. …show more content…
That's how life would be on Mars. People that will go to Mars would have to miss out on all the enjoyable things they like to do on Earth. Also they would have no privacy, instead they would have to stick together and defend each others lives. Its like you are playing a sport, you can't leave your position unless a team player covers your position until you get back, but here if nobody covers your position you might not survive. On Mars astronauts would have to watch how they eat and drink because, “Each astronaut will be able to use about 50 liters of water per day” (Mars One). In Mars humans wouldn’t be able to move too far away from their homes, they don't have GPS to get them back to their home. It would be scary to get lost in Mars because it would be very hard to be
