Mashed potatoes is the most beneficial veggie to humans, it tastes wonderful to those who like potatoes, helps with morning sickness, is an easy and tasty dish, if you volunteer to cook something on Thanksgiving you can take charge of the potatoes and sneak tastes and get the easy load. Potatoes were brought to the U.S. in 1536 and have been a favorite dish since, the U.S. has used them to make fries, chips, side-dishes, and national traditions. One dish that potatoes make is mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes are very self explanatory, but for simpletons out there, they are squished potatoes that have some added ingredients.
