QP engaged Maunica in participating in a CBT activity geared towards improving communication skills. QP explained to Maunica that the activity will help improve communication skills to have more effective dialogue with family peers and others. QP discussed with Maunica the seven elements of positive communication. QP brainstormed with Maunica effective communication ways. QP explained to Maunica that communication involves speaking, listening and non-verbal behavior. QP demonstrated to Maunica effective and ineffective scenarios of communication.
