These results did not come to any surprise to me. I feel like they are extremely accurate. I am very quiet in my actions. I never feel as though I need to boast, because when I do something I do it because I want to. I do not do it for the attention. My entire time growing up I had a laundry list of bowling accolades, and the only thing I was focused on was competing because I enjoyed it. Everything else was icing on top of the cake for me. I also am very opinionated, and I am firm in my beliefs. I educate myself, and I try to keep my “judging” sense under control. Picking the choice that you gravitate to more will help you understand who you are, and it should make some parts of your personality clear. I also feel like this is a useful tool in helping with the blind spots in us. The quote Irwin uses in chapter four resonated with this. The old truism, “We judge ourselves by our intentions, while other judge us by our behavior (Irwin, 42).” I think the MBTI test can help a team understand each other’s personalities. A good leader knows that not everyone thinks the same, and that it is important to have a general understanding of each other in order for success to
