From this whole process, I gained the insight that mental health is a reality for many people and it comes in many forms but it does not have to be the end. Mental health is an aspect of life that affects every part of it. The effects affect everyone, not just the person. That is when mental health becomes even more complicated, but showing sympathy and providing assistance in what ways are possible can have be a positive turning point for those in need of a support system.
