1. Which organization did you choose?

Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center

2. Identify the brand voice. The brand voice is to provide assurance, support and understanding of their target audience. What I have discovered in their website is that they put a strong emphasis on comforting worried moms in particular who we often feel overwhelmed and afraid knowing that their kids are ill. The hospital provides mothers the tools, and use the confidence, to focus on the best care and outcomes during the hardest times of their lives.

Reaching out to the right personas would help reverberate the brand on a personal level and in unison would support the organization realize its mission. By identifying the personas, it would help craft more targeted content and get optimistic results. For the said hospital, it can be acknowledged in their mission that the patient and the families are the core of their existence, hence all the activities, research, innovation, leadership are centered in the community they serve and resonate that they are treating every single child as their own. Because of its all-encompassing commitment as it offers an expansive range on issues or subjects that appeal to those personas, the engagement of the community has heightened. As a mother myself, I was truly captivated how it is able to address any possible questions, struggles and interest that might come up. One of the top topics in the blog was the article on Captured Moments by Sue Anganes. I have three teenagers, and the article written was not necessarily on the subject of a certain disease instead on how kids are growing up too fast to some extent we fail to notice it because of our busy lives. The article has truly caught my attention. It made me cognizant of those treasured moments that I would not want to slip through my fingers.
