I went out for my morning run at 5 a.m. the other morning. I was about a mile in and something caught my eye. In the distance there was a little small fox cub. I saw him before I heard him. He was crying. Him mom had left him out of the building near him to take the other cubs in out of the cold. As I stand there watching. The mom comes out and takes her cub in to the warmth. As I watched this, I was wondering how many unrestrained buildings are in Miami County. Many diseased animals can come and go as they please, and allows homeless, or just outsiders who could make drug labs in these buildings. A wise investment for some money would be to fix up these old, fallen apart buildings. This would be a wise investment because, what would you do
