Myths have been used all over the world for centuries. Used to explain the unknown. Something nobody could explain. The most common thoughts between humans were that Gods and Goddesses ruled, created, and influenced the world. Myths might be the most explainable or sound all that true, but we have a look at what people thought of in Ancient Greece or Native Americans. We get a look of what they thought about the Earth.

How the Earth responded to them is what made up these gods. In the written myth “Greek Creation” The world was nothing but a vast hole, called Chaos. Chaos created Erebus, or Darkness, and Nox, Night. Together they created an egg which hatched into an energy called Eros, or Love. Eros created Gaea, or the formal name we all know her as, Earth, and Uranus, or Heaven. And from then on there were Titans, or Elder Gods. Uranus was a cruel and unjust ruler. So Gaea helped eon of their titan children, Cronus, over power him and take the throne. When Cronus ruled it was known as the Golden Age, where there was nothing but peace and harmony between the gods and mortals. But when the new ruler came around, Zeus, came the Silver Age. The Silver Age wasn't as harmonious as the Golden Age, in fact the humans had just lost most respect for the gods. And it only got worse after that. The next age was the Brazen, or Bronze, Age. There was constant violence and warfare. Then the Iron Age, full of poverty and misery. Greeks worshipped the gods as they were the all powerful rulers, and what made everything they saw.
