Importance Of Positive Ethical Behavior

As a good example of companies that understand how important positive ethical behavior is, I would like to introduce Mitshui Sumitomo Insurance group(MSI). MSI is one of the largest insurance company in Japan and has expanded its global network among more than 40 countries in the world. Mitsui is one of the Japanese huge financial clique (which is famous as "Zaibatsu") and MSI is one of the main companies of the Mitsui clique. MSI basically offers property insurance for the companies and individuals. It has around fifteen thousand permanent staffs and a thousand offices all over the world. Nearly half of the sales are from car insurance service, which is mostly sold in Japan. When it comes to the sales in global market, a large part is the …show more content…
The stakeholders outside of the MSI are; MOFAJ; the governments of developing countries; and the NGOs that accommodate the volunteer.

First of all, the MOFAJ has a large profit from MSI's CSR activity of this because the MOFAJ can save the ODA budget and utilize the money to drive other ODA projects. Secondly, the government of developing countries also have profit from this CSR because the volunteers work for the development of these countries. Thirdly, the NGOs that accommodate the volunteers from MSI are surely happy because the NGOs can employ full-time staffs without paying
