My moral compass is made up of wisdom, family, and values that have helped me. It has shaped my decision, behaviors and actions in dealing with people and giving them respect. My mom is a pastor and she been a conscientious leader in guiding her parishioners for the last forty years. I have been huge of my mother's leadership skills and her ability to lead the churchgoers with humility and respect. Leadership, integrity, and ethics are a part of my moral compass as being a conscientious leader. These core competencies are essential in being a decent person with dignity to handle challenging issues. A fundamental principle that aligns with my moral compass is that you have integrity to gain trust from people.
