Back in the early days of Verona, Capulets and Montagues hated each other down to the bone due to an unknown reason. As the story of Romeo and Juliet continues and they finally figure out who one another is, everyone, especially Romeo and Juliet, began to realize how pointless this feud came out to be. To quote Juliet, “The only man I love is the son of the only man I hate!” (1.5.153). The feud was the reason for everything collapsing in on each other—a domino effect. One event, say Romeo having to stay secretive talking to Juliet at the Capulet Castle, caused every other event to happen after, like the marriage the next day at Friar Lawrence’s cell. Her loneliness leaves none other than her for her own death, and the people who left her with no other choice than besides that
