Melba Pattillo is an African American that was in the little rock 9. melba Pattillo helped integrate little rock central high. She gets bullied her and were mean to her. A soldier named Dan helped her find the strength not to give up. Religion helped her not give up. A challenge that I face is my kick-flip because when I do it, I don’t commit and I land one footed. find my strength by imagining me doing a perfect kick-flip. I also watch people doing kick-flips in slow-motion. Tony avela inspires me to go on and keep trying. The one time that I had to find strength was when I was at the skate park and I was going to drop in the 6 foot quarter pipe and I was scared.
