Last the letter C, the High C means that I tend to adhere to rules, standards, procedures, and protocol set by those in authority whom they respect. The low C says that I tend to operate more independently from the rules and standard operating procedures. That is what the word DISC stands for and what each letter says about some ones personality. My personal results show that I am moderately low on the “D” spectrum with a 25 natural percent. My results show that for the letter I that I am a high average on the “I” spectrum scale with a 60 natural percent.
For the letter S my results show that I am very high on the “S” spectrum scale with a 88 natural percent. Last my results for the letter C, which show that I am a moderately high on the “C” spectrum with a 67 natural percent. These were my results for the DISC
