For assessing Nardia’s independence with daily living skills, this block of therapy focused specifically on: Independence in getting dressed; Increasing her hand function ability; Proficiency in independently utilizing toilet, hygienically managing to clean self; Increased ability to be independent in tidying bedroom and toy room; and setting the dining table for the evening meal.
