I am a longganisa, wrapped in some kind of skin to look nice and preserve that tasty flavor after all that shredding and mashing and grinding and marinating. What does this mean you ask, this means my culture has been through a lot and we still are but we somehow we are still kind. We work and work almost everyday and we aren’t even apart of the U.S some of us actually go to the U.S because we have worked so hard that we earned it. Although once we get there we have to work even harder to get a job, get a house and if we have kids, we have to provide for them. This cultural identity are the filipinos because, obviously, i’m filipino. I am filipino on my mom's side, but I don’t know my mom because my dad divorced her when I was only 18 months. Other than that my dad has a girlfriend who is, coincidentally, filipino too. She grew up in the philippines and told me how life was, I even went there myself and it was a really awesome experience. She grew up in a poor family, struggling with trying to survive with her brothers and sisters. Like a few years back my dad introduced me to this game called world of warcraft. He played this game a lot and I would watch him play it so that's when i got interested in the game and that's why he initially introduced me to this game. This world of warcraft game is a fantasy game so it has elves, trolls, orcs, magic, etc. Anyways, few years later my dad made a linked account for me, which is basically two accounts combined for one payment and shared items that was already found by the other account in the game. After that we played world of warcraft a lot and we had a lot of fun, mainly because we were bonding in our own
