Their knowledge and strategies must impart effective learning in order for students to be ready for the next levels of education, regardless of the assessment given. I strongly believe in order to be effective and supportive, educators must gain additional preparation inside and outside of the classroom, as well, continue professional development, cultural awareness practices and innovative technology implementation training prior to entering classroom, during and as needed to stay effective during their careers as educational leaders.
From a personal perspective and associative and organizational vision, a successful school is only effective as its leaders and the students they produce through continued community efforts, supportive applications, strategies and practices and high-quality learning.
