Nursing health assessment focus on the whole picture of patient's health concepts. It is including subjective and objective information of patient medication/care regimen, compliance, adequate resources, etc. Nursing physical assessment is the assessment that is obtained during head to toe assessment. This also can be objective information and subjective information. The objective information include what we see, auscultate, palpate, etc. The subjective information include pain assessment. I think three areas of physical assessment that I would like to be more appropriate are auscultation of the heart, auscultation for the lungs, and palpation of the abdominal.
