Every move a person makes throughout their life effects his or her future. No matter if the consequences are negative or positive, for every action there is a reaction. In the story The Odyssey by Homer the main character, Odysseus, is forced to go on a long journey that takes him away from his home and family for years upon years. The choices he makes in this journey changes his life and his families lives. The entire story is based on this one voyage and is the main contributions to how it ends.
