The key to being an Outstanding teacher lies within a person’s genuine attributes while proper training is necessary, a person cannot be an outstanding teacher with the desire to help others. Specifically, an educator must be committed to helping their students to strive for success. In order to help their students, they must have several other attributes including those of an inquisitive nature, compassionate and humble. While there are others these are key to remaining motivated and committed as an educator.
