Julio’s parents didn’t even know he was with autism until his family had gone to the doctor and was treating his older sister when the doctor heard Julio talk and said that he needed to see someone for his speech. Talking to the parents when Julio was younger he portrayed being shy around others he didn’t know and would hide has face, making it seem that you couldn’t see him. As he got older his social skills got better and was able to socialize with others. Coming from a Hispanic family, the parents put in a lot of work once they found out to help their son. The adjustment for Julio has to be told to him in advanced. He does things in a very precise way and doesn’t like changes as much. An example would be when he had to adjust elementary to middle school. His parents had to be able to explain to him how things were going to be different. His teachers also helped along the way. I would recommend a treatment plan that will help Julio perform comprehensive evaluation of the child’s ability to communicate and design an
