Patient Satisfaction Papers

Patient satisfaction is defined as the judgment made by patients who received care as whether the care have been provided met their expectation or not (1). Patient satisfaction is used for measuring the quality of care provided. Higher patient satisfaction is linked to improved health outcomes (2,3). Satisfied patients are more likely to return for further care and to recommend the physician and the health center to other (4-7). In addition, satisfied patient is more likely to develop a relationship of trust with his/her health care provider. Such patients are usually compliant with medical health care provider's advice and more compliance to treatment. This eventually will lead to better health outcomes (8,9).
