It's fantastic if you want a quick work-out; however, be warned that if you like to exercise in the early morning, you may have to wake up early as the fitness centre gets very busy from the moment it opens (which is 7.00am). So either wake up earlier to guarantee a certain piece of equipment in the fitness centre or work-out later on in the day. Alternatively, go for a run in the gardens of Belvedere Palace which are less than 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel!

There are three places in the hotel where you can dine. There is the quirky and smart Bar Soissons on the ground floor, the Prinz von Savoyen Restaurant on the second floor and the very glamorous Eugenio Restaurant on the fifth floor. In the evening, if you decide to eat outside of the hotel, I would recommend having a drink in the Bar Soissons as there is a fantastic pianist performing in the evenings and creating a lovely atmosphere.

Spacious lounges to spacious rooms
Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna offers different types of rooms and has 238 deluxe rooms, 28 executive rooms, 20 suites, 15 executive suites and 8 special suites. Boston Jail Style

Completed in 1851, the Charles Street Jail was a collaboration between architect Gridley James Fox Bryant, widely considered Boston’s most accomplished architect of the time, and Rev. Louis Dwight, a prominent Yale-educated penologist whose travels shaped his interest in and advocacy for prison reform. Thought to be one of the best examples of the “Boston Granite Style” of the mid-19th century, the building “resonated with a strength and dignity appropriate for the era and for Bostonians’ sensibilities,” said historians. In 1973, after 120 years of housing some of Boston’s most notorious criminals, prisoners revolted because of poor living conditions and the jail was declared unfit and in violation of the inmates’ constitutional rights. On Memorial Day weekend 1990, the last prisoners were moved to the new Suffolk County Jail.…
