Personal Experience: The Transition From China To Canada

It my biggest fear to interact with people because of my shyness and introverted personality. The transition from China to Canada was difficult for me. It’s a completing new world for me, unknown of anything even the language. When I stepped out the airport, everything is different and tough. I felt hopeless, there will be no opportunity for me. Instead of waiting opportunity to come, I start to realized I had to take action before any opportunity exist. I stepped out my comfort zone and discover any hidden talent or skill. In doing so, I volunteering very often. I got a job in Macdonald’s to improved my communication skill. I cope my stress of getting nervous around unfamiliar people by volunteering in Canadian Cancer Society. During the
