As a Resident Advisor, I have supervisory responsibilities over the residents staying in Bromley Hall for athletic summer camps. Campers range from ages 8 to 18 years of age. There are three main tenets to Bromley Hall’s philosophy for resident advisors--effective communication, listening, and consistency-- all of which I believe I effectively model. I work with a team of eighteen other resident advisors to coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, night activities, and floor meetings for the campers. Ultimately, the most important responsibility I have is ensuring the safety and security of Bromley Hall and its residents.
