I put treatment on it before school and after school before we got ready for the game. When we was getting ready, I put everything I said I was gone put on it. We did all of our things we do before the game and then headed to the stadium. We went out and started warming up. My foot was hurting for a minute then I started stretching my foot. It felt better after that. We was playing burke county for the region game. I couldn’t let down. When we started the game, it was like it was healed. During the whole game I didn’t feel it anymore. Coaches kept asking me am I alright? I was great if I didn’t stand in one place.
All the work and the effort I did to make my foot better finally made me a better player. Randy Pausch really inspired me with the quote he made. His quote “An injured lion still wants to roar”, made me think about my life and injuries I have played through. My life story basically says that. You got to have the heart of a lion to be like a lion. You have to attack like a lion to be like one. No matter how hard times get, you have to try to push it to the limit and don’t say you can’t do
