These are good dogs for young people because they contain boundless energy and do not tire easily. Boxers come in the colors brindle, fawn, and white. Boxers are medium sized dogs, females weighing 55-64 lbs and males weighing 60-71 lbs. I recommend this breed for active families with older or no children. On the other hand, boxers are playful, devoted, friendly, confident and energetic. Boxers average lifespan is 10-12 years. Golden retrievers, on the other hand, are one of the most used breeds of service dog. Golden retrievers originated from Scotland.
