Positive Advancements In The Twentieth Century

The 20th century had two big things happen. The first was a mass amount of bloodshed, which is why it has been nicknamed the bloody twentieth century, and the second was many positive advancements. The two, a lot of the time, went hand in hand. Some of the advancements during this time were that in medical, technologies, tools, and weapons, as well as the development of world politics. The many positive advancements in the twentieth century help override the violence that took place throughout the globe. Each one had several reasons for the advancement and what the time frame of each growth. In terms of medical advancements, the use of immunizations and growth in controlling infectious diseases made it easier for people to live longer. According to the CDC immunizations for things like smallpox, polio, measles, and many other things developed during the 20th century. Another thing that help with the life span during the 20th century was controlling infectious diseases, according to the CDC.
