The BPR-CHD Preparedness and Support Unit has updated and improved the indicators to measure the level of public health preparedness of the CHDs, and has defined a new set of indicators for the 2016 Composite Annual Preparedness Score of the County Performance Snapshot (CPS). Please let me know if you need further information or documentation for the CPS at this point.
