“There is nothing like a memory to mark the past, and there is nothing like a dream to create the future”, and that ladies and gentleman is a quote from a principal at a school that I do not know. To all my fellow classmates, we made it, we are leaving going onto high school, a place that for sure will be way more harder than this. I can’t say I will miss every single one of you guys, because I never meet ever single one of you guys, and some of you were just in my instagram feed and I wondered why I followed you if I didn’t even know you. Middle school is not famous in movies, no one ever really talks about their middle school experiences because high school is where everything gets away more interesting, but we won’t

We all had different experiences in middle school, some better than others, but all caused by the same thing, people. People change people, people affect people, people make others feel bad, glad, scared, and worried. Friends made our lives special, you would wake up and get like a text from your bestie saying ‘good morning’ to you or something else or just being excited to go to school because well the only reason other than being forced to, to see your friends. Relationships in middle school suck honestly because of one thing, some last which good for you if you made it this far without realizing that you both might not see each other ever again because of different high schools, and if you're going to the same school I wish you the very best, and others just fail epicly. How they fail is easy either you thought it was going to work but it ends up not or the person mess it up. I was in the middle of a lot of them, I’ve basically heard them all from my boyfriend/ girlfriend doesn’t like me and likes this person likes my best friend instead. There’s only one way to describe a middle school …show more content…

Staff, you guys are so happy that it’s just this week, we have done a lot, from egging people to pulling fire alarms, like how, you guys just get surprised every day with us. In 6th grade you walk into a new place a place with a dream to either get good grades, become popular, never to fail, etc. In 7th grade the dreams turn into discovery, trying new thing, testing personalities till one clicks to you. 8th grade is all can’t wait to leave! In this grade you care again about your grade because high school classes, you care about your N’s and U’s because you want to play a sport or something in high school, everything you didn’t care about involving education and what teachers say in 7th grade turns into you goal and first priorities because of high school. I have memories in this school, every inches off this school has something that I remember I can’t look back and say I don’t remember that place, the H hallway, that has a memory, the track, wow my life is on that track, the whole back of the school were PE is, wow we don’t even talk about that here and anywhere else, every place has a memory of anyone of you guys, it could be

Sophomore year, when I looked back over the last two years I had been at Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School, I always doubted the changes I had made within myself. Whether I progressed or regressed was the question. I had always felt as if I was in the wrong setting. This perspective has changed, the mindset has as well. As a junior, I’ve felt the progression mentally as I continue to bloom into a young adult.…

The day of August 27, 2012 I was officially titled a freshman. One look down those unknown red and blue walls, will forever change my perspective of high school. There was an instant moment of disbelief in my freshman, I was terrified, and no thought came to mind as to how I was going to survive high school for the next four years. Of course I knew it'll be different from my tiny middle school, but will it be like the cliché movies about the upcoming of age, or resemble the happiest times of life. From that first day, I knew I wasn’t like everyone else.…

As I walked through the front doors of Allentown Central Catholic High School, I felt a sudden rush of panic. Everything I had once seen and had once been familiar with in middle school quickly vanished into thin air. I was terrified, not because I thought I was going to get lost, but because I knew that every little quiz I took, every little paper I wrote, and every exam I labored over would now count toward my ultimate goal of getting into a prestigious university. I wasn’t scared of new faces, but rather new beginnings and experiences.…

It was the beginning of high school, the start of a new chapter in my life; after coming into the school, the mall looked like the feeding of the five thousand. St. Thomas More has over a thousand students, and every single one was there on that first day, trying to find the way to their new classes just like me. Walking through the halls of St. Thomas More with the unfamiliar smell of the classrooms reminded me of what lies ahead. I thought it was going to be difficult, because I wouldn’t see anyone I know. Fortunately, some of my old friends from St. Pius were in my gym class, so I was glad that I would not be alone in gym class.…

The summer between my sophomore year and junior year was a life changing period. For one, my mother and I moved to Waco, Texas, an 8-hour drive from my home of Weslaco. Middle school is an inevitable phase of many of our lives. It is also a very memorable time- for both good and bad reasons. Yet, we all somehow manage to strive through no matter how tough the year gets. For me, at first, none of the typical horrifying middle school stereotypes fit how my sixth grade year was going. I had plenty of friends, understood my classes, and I didn’t appear to be too awkward.…

My first day of middle school was hell, I have always been good at school. My grades have never been bad and neither have my actions and or attendance. Probably from having a mom that is also a teacher. I look at that as a good thing though, watching kids just goof off and not come to school then high school rolled around and it was like I got to look down on them because they did not prepare for bigger and better things. School wasn't bad for me because it was hard, it was bad because i was always shy in school.…
